They are cluey buggers though. We have a sensor light in the front garage. For a couple of nights it would flick on but there was nothing there no cat dog or whatever. OH was getting the irrits because it would come on then go off and then come back on etc so thought he'd better check the sensor. Went downstairs and waited just out of the sensor range to see what was going on. Culprits were two geckos on either side of the sensor. When the light went off one would wave his foot over the sensor and the other would then get a feed from the moths that came to the light. As soon as it went off then the foot waving would happen again. OH shooed them away but we still have to go down every now and then to move them along. :nono:
