Default Sweet Soy Chicken and Noodles....

Sweet Soy Chicken and Noodles

Ingredients:
2 tblsps.peanut oil
600g chicken breast fillets, thinly sliced
200g sugar snap peas
2 tblsps.kecap manis
4 spring onions, thinly sliced
600g hokkien noodles
small tin sliced water chestnuts (optional)

Method:
Heat oil in a large frying pan or wok. Stir fry chicken until browned and cooked through. Remove from pan.

Heat remaining oil in same pan. Cook peas until just tender. Add water chestnuts.

Return chicken to pan with kecap manis and onion. Cook, stirring until hot.

Remove chicken mixture from pan, cover to keep hot.

Add noodles to pan, stir through until hot. Serve chicken mixture over noodles or mix altogether if preferred.
