Default English Pub on GC Hinterland
Any body been here yet...if so is it worth a visit?


This is the result of 4 years of rebuilding the Suffolk Arms from Tunbridge Wells, brick by brick to it's former glory. The owner has had it in storage since 1984 in a container in Burleigh and has been trying to find just the right spot to rebuild it, and bugger me - has he found it!!

It has real ales on tap, including IPA, Speckled Hen, and various black ales, London Pride, Newcastle Brown and some speciality stuff.
If you're a pansy lager boy there's stuff for you as well, plus all the Irish and Scotch whisky you could want. Full English and Irish meals, memerobilia, .. and they do a full English Breakfast on Sunday mornings

I just found it from another site..I've never heard of it before,I get the impression it's been there awhile but the landlord doesn't advertise,but apparently it gets very busy..

Was up Mt cot the other day,friends of ours are building on the bit going right at the roundabout by the shops...in the villawood homes bit..

They thought that a pub was going to be built somewhere near the park area near to the shop
