Default Running/Jogging
Not sure this is the right place to put this.

Does anyone here go running or jogging?
Am trying to get back into it after stopping for about 10 months due to on and off health problems.

Went jogging tonight and managed 5k in 50 mins - walking a few times my fitness levels are shocking at the moment compared to last year and am looking for some tips.

I'd love to do this, I'm so lazy though

I think iPom jogs and I know Tommy runs too.

I used to run, many years ago.

When I get there we're going swimming remember
I woke up one day last year and thought Im never gonna do it unless I just do it, (sorry nike) so I did. It seriously gets addictive
